Yemeni researcher Nabil Ali Naji Mohammed Al-Dammah today received a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Science and Technology, Sana'a, for his thesis titled "The Impact of Critical Success Factors on Organizational Performance through Strategic Agility: A Field Study in Yemeni Banks."
The jury consisted of Professor Dr. Abdul Latif Musleh Mohammed Ayed, Professor of Business Administration, University of Science and Technology, as the main internal arbitrator, Professor Dr. Jamal Darham Zaid as supervisor, and Professor Dr. Nabil Mohammed Ali Al-Alafi, Associate Professor of Business Administration, Amran University, as the external arbitrator.
The jury praised the researcher's thesis, the efforts he made, and the results and recommendations he reached.
The discussion was attended by a number of researchers, interested parties, and academics from relevant authorities.
