Iraqi security sources in Anbar province, west of the country, said on Sunday that four main headquarters belonging to armed groups loyal to Iran on the Syrian border were evacuated over the past two days towards the Iraqi interior.

An American magazine said that the Houthis are leading an ongoing disinformation campaign on social media, noting that the propaganda targets their bases and opponents. It believed that "it may be supported by Washington's opponents."

After the collapse of the Assad regime in Syria, the Houthis emerge as the last of Iran's arms in the region, whose threat has recently escalated remarkably. After the disruption of the Iranian axis, discussions are taking place at different levels about Yemen, and the question is: Will the Houthis be next?

The Houthi militia called on Saudi Arabia to mediate with the United States to stop its air strikes on them in Yemen, and threatened to strike American interests there.

“In Malaysia, if you don’t cooperate, you could be subject to sanctions. In Pakistan, we could stop training programs, stop some aid,” he said. “But with the Israelis, it’s a completely different story. They just have to drag out the negotiations and we’ll eventually agree to whatever they want.”

Houthi militia leader Hussein Al-Ezzi hinted at the possibility of an expected escalation by the United States and Israel against them, stressing that this escalation will lead to a long-term war.
