Taiz.. Security services detect 60 criminal crimes during last October

The security services in Taiz Governorate seized 60 criminal crimes out of the 64 crimes recorded during last October, with a seizure rate of 94 percent.

During the same period, Taiz police arrested 56 suspects out of a total of 80 suspects, including 5 females, while search, investigation, follow-up and prosecution procedures are still ongoing for the 24 fugitives from justice.

The security media affiliated with the Ministry of Interior stated that the number of victims in the crimes of October in Taiz Governorate reached 95 people, including 2 males killed, 2 females, 2 suicides, and 2 injured.

Taiz Governorate Police explained that the crimes recorded during the same period were distributed according to criminal classification between 56 crimes against persons, 6 crimes against public morals, and two crimes of public danger.

She pointed out that she referred 59 crimes to the Public Prosecution, 4 crimes are still under investigation and follow-up procedures, and one crime ended with reconciliation and waiver by the victim.
