It also included activating the role of the judiciary and local authorities, including directorates, police stations and neighborhood leaders, to implement the decision, document and record the movement of rents, and take administrative and judicial measures to collect the real estate tax due on buildings prepared for residential and investment rent.

Everyone confirmed their support for the draft resolution, calling for an expanded meeting with the judges to discuss it in its final form and include any comments or suggestions that would contribute to solving this problem.

Following many interventions and discussions by the heads of political parties, organizations and concerned offices, those present agreed on the importance of implementing the decision, issuing executive instructions that include the agreed-upon observations and proposals, and agreeing to complete the discussion with the judges so that it can then be issued by the governor of the province in its final form.

The meeting was attended by the President of the Court of Appeal, Judge Razaz Al-Sharabi, the President of the Appeal Prosecution, Judge Muhammad Sultan, the President of the Public Funds Court, Judge Abdul-Wahhab Al-Shaibani, and the Director-General of the Governorate Police, Brigadier General Mansour Al-Akhaly.
