Landmine planted by the Houthis in Hodeidah

A young man was injured when a landmine left behind by the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorist militia exploded in Bayt al-Faqih District, in Al Hudaydah Governorate, western Yemen.

Human rights sources said that the young man, "Mohammed Ibrahim Marzouqi, 24 years old," was injured on Saturday by a Houthi militia mine explosion in the village of Al-Marazqa in the Al-Jah Al-A'la area, west of the Bayt Al-Faqih district.

The sources added that the mine explosion resulted in the amputation of the young man Marzouki's left leg and shrapnel wounds in various parts of his body.

This came hours after the killing of the young man, "Judat Jaber Majhasi, 28 years old," when a Houthi mine exploded while he was returning from the market on a motorcycle in the Qadbah area in the Al-Duraihimi district of the same governorate.

Houthi mines and war objects have killed and injured thousands of citizens, most of them women and children, in several governorates since the beginning of the war.
