Taiz Police announces the arrest of four wanted persons in various criminal cases

Taiz police said on Thursday that they had arrested four wanted persons in various criminal cases in the governorate.

This came in a statement published by the Security Media Center of Taiz Police, on its Facebook page.

According to the statement, the security services of Taiz Governorate Police arrested two wanted persons in the case of the murder of the soldier "Basem Adam Abdo Saeed", which occurred on March 21, 2024 AD.

The statement explained that the security services of the Criminal Investigation Department, with the reinforcement of the security campaign teams, were able to arrest the wanted persons in the case after they had fled for eight months since the crime occurred.

He pointed out that the wanted persons in the case were arrested after a precise monitoring and investigation process and the movement of a security campaign led by the Assistant Director of Criminal Investigation, Major Majed Al-Zanqal, and the Deputy Commander of the Security Campaign, Captain Ezz El-Din Al-Jaadi. They were placed in custody to complete the legal procedures and refer them to the competent authority.

In a related context, the security services of Taiz Governorate Police arrested two wanted persons in a number of criminal cases. The security services of Jabal Habashi District Police were able to arrest them after a precise monitoring and investigation process.

The Director of Jabal Habashi Police, Major Rami Rashid, explained that the arrested individuals had compulsory arrest warrants issued against them and had criminal records. They were monitored and arrested, and were placed in custody to complete the legal procedures and refer them to the competent authority.

This comes a day after Taiz police announced the arrest of one of the most wanted security personnel in the province on criminal charges.
