The Interior Ministry says it arrested 26 suspects and defendants in 25 criminal offences in one day

The Ministry of Interior said today that its security services arrested 26 suspects and accused in various criminal cases and crimes that occurred on Friday in seven governorates: Aden, Taiz, Marib, Hadramaut Coast, Al Mahrah, Al Dhale, and Lahj.
According to the daily report issued by the General Directorate of Command and Control, 25 criminal offences were recorded, including 7 theft offences, 4 minor intentional assault offences, 3 assault on the property of others, 3 fraud offences, 2 disobedience to parents offences, one attempted murder offence, and one breach of trust offence.
The report confirmed that the security services in the relevant governorates detained all the arrested suspects to complete the legal procedures, in preparation for referring them to the competent prosecution.
She pointed out that these efforts come within the framework of the security services' efforts to enhance security and stability and control crime in various governorates.
