Houthi militia bans graduation ceremonies outside public and private universities and institutes

The Houthi militia banned graduation ceremonies at public and private universities, colleges and institutes outside the buildings of educational facilities.
The Houthi leader "Hassan Al-Saadi", who is impersonating the Minister of Education and Higher Education in the militia government, issued a circular to all public, private and civil universities and institutes to prevent any graduation ceremony outside of universities and institutes.
The Houthi decision was issued in the middle of this week, as the end of the academic year approaches according to the Houthi educational year based on the lunar calendar.
Since the fall of the Syrian regime, the Houthi militia has intensified its movements against any activities that gather large numbers of people outside its elements.
