The Yemeni Bar Association in Al Hudaydah Governorate (western Yemen) pledged on Tuesday to hold accountable the perpetrators of kidnapping crimes from the intelligence service and militia security forces in the governorate, after a series of kidnappings they carried out against a number of members of the association.
