The American Center for Justice (ACJ) said on Monday that the Southern Transitional Council forces in Aden continue to hide the young Yemeni man, Mohammed Hamoud Mabkhout Daif Allah Muharam, for seven years, without trial, formal charges, or even knowing his fate, while his family members suffer from the ongoing and tragic suffering brought about by his absence.

The Southern Transitional Council in Aden has been practicing crimes of enforced disappearance and kidnapping for years against citizens, activists and politicians, and killing dozens of them in secret prisons. For about two years, it has been practicing this with presidential and governmental cover, as it has become part of the legitimate government.
