The Iranian Foreign Ministry said, "The execution of Iranian citizens without prior notification to the embassy is unacceptable and violates the rules of international law, especially the Consular Relations Treaty."
She also stated that "the execution is inconsistent with the general approach to judicial cooperation between the two countries," stressing the need to provide the necessary clarifications in this context.
