Syria: The collapse of the truce agreement between the "SDF" and the "National Army" in the areas of Manbij and Kobani

The National Army factions launched a military operation a few days ago, and took control of the city of Manbij, east of Aleppo, before the battle stopped in order to reach an agreement under American-Turkish sponsorship.

The United States supports the SDF forces deployed in northern and eastern Syria, and considers them a key partner in the fight against ISIS, while Turkey supports the Syrian National Army factions and considers the SDF a direct threat to its national security on its borders.
