30 martyrs in an Israeli massacre in Beit Lahia, and the occupation continues to target hospitals in northern Gaza

At least 30 people were killed in Israeli airstrikes on several homes in the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip on Saturday. The number of martyrs has reached more than 900 since the beginning of the occupation's aggression on northern Gaza during the past weeks.

Residents in the area said that the occupation army bombed five inhabited houses in Beit Lahia, which prompted neighbors to call for help to help the wounded and transport the bodies of the victims.

They reported that until now, no ambulances or civil defense vehicles have arrived due to the occupation army destroying the ambulances at Kamal Adwan Hospital in the town.

Citizens indicated that there are attempts to retrieve the victims with the simplest means and transport them via animal-drawn carts.

Director General of the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip, Munir Al-Barash, said, "Only three doctors are currently working in Kamal Adwan Hospital due to the occupation's targeting."

He added in an intervention with Al Jazeera channel, "More than 900 martyrs have been killed since the beginning of the occupation's aggression on the northern Gaza Strip during the past weeks."

He said, "The occupation is committing genocide by destroying the health system in the Gaza Strip."

Nazi crime

The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, condemned the occupation's massacre in Beit Lahia, considering that "the occupation's crimes in the northern Gaza Strip embody the most heinous images of genocide and forced displacement in modern history."

She added - in a statement - "Our valiant, struggling people in the northern Gaza Strip will break this barbaric campaign and all the criminal plans of the occupation," and held Washington and the capitals complicit with the occupation responsible for the continuation of the massacres and genocide in the northern Gaza Strip.

In a statement, it indicated that "the surrender of the international community and its institutions to the criminal American will, and its silence in the face of the brutal attempts of the occupation army to force our people in the northern Gaza Strip to leave their land and homes, holds them historically responsible for the ongoing genocide."

For its part, the Islamic Jihad Movement considered the occupation's massacre in Beit Lahia a new Nazi crime added to its record full of crimes of genocide and ethnic cleansing. It held the American administration and governments complicit with Israel responsible for the continuation of the massacres.

She said in a statement, "The blind hatred practiced by the Zionist entity against the Gaza Strip will not compensate for this entity's feeling of helplessness and defeat in achieving its goals, in the face of the steadfastness and strength of the people of Gaza."

The Israeli occupation army continues its campaign of extermination and forced displacement in the northern Gaza Strip for the 22nd day, as the war on the Strip enters its 386th day, deliberately targeting hospitals and medical personnel.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza said on Saturday that the occupation forces arrested all the male medical staff in Kamal Adwan Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip, in addition to a number of wounded and sick people inside the hospital, while the women were detained in one of the rooms inside the hospital without water or food.
