The Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), published today, Tuesday, photos of two ambushes that it said it carried out against Israeli vehicles in the Al-Janina neighborhood east of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.

According to the photos, the first ambush was carried out on Thursday, November 28, during which a D9 bulldozer and a Merkava tank were targeted with two Al-Yassin 105 shells.

The second ambush was on Friday, December 6, during which three Merkava tanks were targeted with 105 Al-Yassin shells from zero distance.

Earlier today, the Al-Quds Brigades - the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement - broadcast scenes of its fighters clashing with the occupation army's vehicles and forces in the middle of the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip.

Since the beginning of the Israeli ground operation in late October 2023, the resistance factions have been broadcasting scenes showing Israeli forces and vehicles being targeted with anti-tank and anti-personnel shells on various combat fronts in the Gaza Strip, in addition to sniper operations and tight ambushes behind the occupation army’s lines.

Despite the ongoing genocide in Gaza for more than 14 months, Israel has failed to achieve any of its declared goals for the war, especially recovering the prisoners from the Strip and completely eliminating Hamas' capabilities.

On an almost daily basis, Hamas announces the killing and wounding of Israeli soldiers and the destruction of military vehicles throughout Gaza. From time to time, it fires rockets at Israel and broadcasts video clips documenting some of its operations.

Since October 7, 2023, Israel, with American support, has been waging a "genocidal" war on Gaza, resulting in the deaths of about 151,000 Palestinians, most of them children and women, and more than 11,000 missing, amid massive destruction and famine that killed dozens of children and the elderly, in one of the worst humanitarian disasters in the world.

Tel Aviv continues its massacres, ignoring two arrest warrants issued by the International Criminal Court on November 21 against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Galant, on charges of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity against Palestinians in Gaza.

Israel has turned Gaza into the world's largest prison, besieging it for the 18th year, and the war of extermination has forced about two million of its citizens, numbering about 2.3 million Palestinians, to flee in tragic conditions with a deliberate severe shortage of food, water and medicine.
