Gaza| 23 November, 2024 - 10:02 PM
At least 120 Palestinians were killed in 48 hours in raids launched by the Israeli occupation army, while the Shuja'iyya neighborhood in Gaza witnessed a forced displacement movement after the occupation army warned and demanded that the residents evacuate.
Medical sources said that 30 Palestinians were killed since dawn on Saturday in different areas of the Gaza Strip, which has been witnessing genocide for more than a year.
The Palestinian Red Crescent said that two people were killed in an Israeli bombardment of a gathering of citizens near Al-Amal Hospital in Khan Younis.
Another medical source reported that 3 Palestinians were killed and others were injured as a result of an Israeli drone bombing of a gathering of citizens opposite the “Lulu” commercial complex in the Al-Rimal neighborhood, west of Gaza City.
In the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip, three other Palestinians were killed in an Israeli air strike that targeted a residential home belonging to the Abu Saif family.
Earlier on Saturday, Israeli warplanes bombed Al-Furqan Mosque in Al-Nuseirat camp, destroying it and injuring a number of Palestinians.
Since the beginning of the genocide, the Israeli army has completely destroyed 815 mosques, while 151 other mosques have been severely damaged and need to be restored, according to the government media office in Gaza.
In another bombing, a Palestinian was killed after being targeted by an Israeli drone in the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.
Attempted displacement in Shuja'iyya
In a related context, the Israeli army warned, on Saturday, residents of areas in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood east of Gaza City to evacuate before attacking it, considering it a "dangerous combat zone," in a new attempt to displace residents.
Army spokesman Avichay Adraee said via the X platform, “Urgent warning to residents of the Gaza Strip located in Blocks 731-732-733-634 in the Shujaiya area (east of Gaza City) is considered a dangerous combat zone. For your safety, move immediately south.”
On Thursday, the International Criminal Court issued two international arrest warrants for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Galant, on charges of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity during the genocide in Gaza.
