Hadramout Reform welcomes the Leadership Council’s decision to normalize the situation in the governorate

The Yemeni Islah Party in Hadhramaut Governorate welcomed the important decisions approved by the Presidential Leadership Council, which aim to normalize the situation in Hadhramaut Governorate, enhance development, and improve services in all its directorates.

According to the "Islah Net" website, the Hadhramaut Islah Party considered, in a statement, what was included in the Presidential Leadership Council's statement, a positive step, "which we hope will be implemented quickly and effectively in a way that meets the aspirations of the people of Hadhramaut Governorate."

He called for speeding up the achievement of the general demands of the people of the governorate, in terms of basic services such as electricity, health, education and other services that will contribute to improving the standard of living and alleviating the suffering of citizens in Hadhramaut.

He stressed the importance of strengthening the principle of fair partnership by involving all political forces and societal components in managing the governorate’s affairs, in a way that ensures fair representation of Hadhramaut and its historical and cultural status.

He also stressed the need to coordinate local efforts with the central government to implement joint development plans and ensure the sustainability of the announced vital projects.

The Islah Party in Hadhramaut Governorate renewed its full support for all efforts aimed at stabilizing and developing the governorate.

He called on everyone to unite and work with a spirit of national responsibility to achieve the aspirations of the people of Hadhramaut for a decent life and active participation in building the governorate and the entire nation.

Last Tuesday, the Presidential Leadership Council announced a plan to normalize the situation in Hadhramaut Governorate, respond to the legitimate demands of its people and political and societal components, and enhance its influential position in the national equation and its active presence in local and central decision-making.
