The international organization "Doctors Without Borders" said on Friday that thousands of Palestinians are trapped in the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip, where the Israeli army is attacking the area for the sixth consecutive day, preventing entry and exit from it.

In a series of posts on her X account, she called on "Israeli forces to stop the forced displacement and the comprehensive war on Gaza, protect civilians and hospitals, and allow the entry of urgently needed supplies into the north as quickly as possible."

The international organization stressed that "Israeli forces issued evacuation orders for Jabalia camp on October 7, and carried out attacks at the same time, preventing Palestinians from leaving the area safely."

She pointed out that "thousands of Palestinians are besieged in the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip, where the Israeli army is attacking the area, preventing entry and exit from it, and shooting at anyone who tries to do so."

MSF also highlighted that "five of its staff members are trapped in the camp, amid fears for their lives."

Earlier today, the administration of Al-Awda Hospital said in a statement that "a Palestinian woman was killed and 4 others were injured when the Israeli army targeted Hafsa School, which houses displaced people in Jabalia camp."

In another targeting, the Civil Defense Authority in the Gaza Strip announced that "dozens of Palestinians (their number was not specified) were injured by Israeli Quadcopter (drone) gunfire at Al-Fouqa School, which houses displaced people behind Abu Rashid Pool in Jabalia Camp."

For the sixth consecutive day, the Israeli army has launched a ground attack on the northern Gaza Strip, concentrated in the areas of Beit Hanoun, Beit Lahia and Jabalia camp, in an attempt to empty those areas of their residents.

On Sunday, the Israeli army announced the start of a ground military operation in Jabalia under the pretext of "preventing Hamas from regaining its strength in the area," hours after the start of a fierce attack on the eastern and western areas of the northern Gaza Strip, including Jabalia, which is the most violent since last May.

On Monday, the Israeli army warned Palestinians to evacuate their homes in the town and camp of Jabalia and the towns of Beit Hanoun and Beit Lahia and head south, while the Ministry of Interior and National Security in Gaza warned citizens against responding to this, considering it "deception and lies."

With American support, the ongoing Israeli genocide in Gaza for a year has left more than 140,000 Palestinians dead and wounded, and more than 10,000 missing, amid massive destruction and famine that has killed dozens of children and elderly people.

Tel Aviv continues its massacres, ignoring the UN Security Council resolution to end them immediately, and the International Court of Justice’s orders to take measures to prevent acts of genocide and improve the catastrophic humanitarian situation in Gaza.
