Engineers of the Palestinian resistance security apparatus in the Gaza Strip were able to discover camouflaged spying tools planted by the Israeli occupation forces in electronic devices before their withdrawal from Gaza City.

According to the resistance's "Al-Haris" platform, "in a precise and complex qualitative intelligence operation, resistance engineers were able to uncover camouflaged spying parts inside power bank phone chargers."

Palestinian media outlets also reported, citing the platform, that some of the pieces were also part of a large spy network that had been uncovered earlier inside a hospital in Gaza City.

She added, "These devices are now in the hands of the resistance, which constitutes a great intelligence treasure that contributes to vital projects that enhance the capabilities of the resistance and transform the enemy's plans into opportunities that serve the liberation project."

Earlier, the Palestinian resistance security in the Gaza Strip revealed the seizure of a network of spy devices in one of Gaza's hospitals with the aim of monitoring the movement of citizens in preparation for targeting them.

Tips for the resistance

In a related context, the “Al-Haris” platform, through the news circulated by Palestinian media, directed several security tips to the resistance fighters in the Gaza Strip with the ceasefire agreement in effect.

The platform said, "The occupation forces began, from the moment the truce came into effect, to collect information about the resistance in preparation for building a new target bank. Therefore, everyone is required to take the utmost measures of personal security and not to be careless or lenient in military operations."

She called on the resistance fighters not to leave the combat nodes and command and control areas except in accordance with strict security measures and to avoid unsafe communications so that the occupation cannot know about them and thus include them in the "target bank."

Last Sunday, a ceasefire between the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) and Israel came into effect. Its first phase will last for 42 days, during which negotiations will begin to begin a second and then a third phase, mediated by Egypt, Qatar, and the United States.

Between October 7, 2023 and January 19, the Israeli war of extermination left more than 157,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded - most of them children and women - and more than 11,000 missing, in one of the worst humanitarian disasters in the world.
