Taiz Police issues a statement explaining the circumstances of the death of a citizen in the custody of the Asifra Center

On Sunday, Taiz Governorate Police issued an official statement clarifying the details of the death of citizen "Anwar Mansour Abdo Zaid", who died while being detained in the Asifrah Police Department.

According to the Security Media Center, the Director General of the Governorate Police, Brigadier General Mansour Al-Akhaly, upon receiving the report, directed the formation of a forensic team to go to the scene of the incident and take the necessary measures.

The statement explained that the measures included the arrest of the director of the police department, and the officers and personnel of the department responsible for the detention, in addition to referring them for investigation and taking appropriate administrative measures.
