Security Media: 16,000 Arabs and foreigners visited Yemen during the past month of October

The Security Media Center said on Sunday that Yemeni land, sea and air ports recorded the visit of 16,000 Arabs and foreigners who visited Yemen during the past month of October.

According to the center’s statement on the Ministry of Interior’s website, Yemeni ports recorded the arrival of 117,613 citizens, 10,329 Arabs, and 5,811 foreigners during the past month of October.

He explained that 14,639 passengers arrived via Aden International Airport, and 3,452 passengers arrived via Sayun International Airport.

96,036 passengers arrived via Al-Wadiah port, 13,366 passengers via Shahn port, 6,200 passengers via Sarfait port, and 60 passengers via Mukalla port.

The same ports recorded the departure of 162,977 citizens, 10,599 Arabs, and 6,184 foreigners.

According to the center, 17,870 passengers departed via Aden International Airport, and 3,395 passengers departed via Sayoun International Airport.

While 136,666 passengers left through Al-Wadiah land port, 15,968 passengers left through Shahn port, 5,772 passengers left through Sarfait port, and 89 passengers left through Mukalla port.

He stressed that the total number of arrivals and departures through our country's land, sea and air ports was 313,513 passengers during the past month of October.
