A house collapsed on its residents in Abyan
Two brothers died and two others were injured on Wednesday when an old mud house collapsed on its residents in Khanfar District, Abyan Governorate, southern Yemen.
Local sources told Yemen Youth Net that an old house built of mud bricks collapsed on the heads of its residents, at dawn on Wednesday, in the city of Jaar, resulting in the death of two siblings (a girl and a boy) under the age of 20, and the injury of the mother and her child with moderate injuries.
According to the sources, the two-storey house was rented by two displaced families from Al Hudaydah Governorate, and the victims were from the family living on the first floor.
