Taiz: The Popular Resistance in Cairo, Taiz, and Al-Salam declare their readiness to continue the liberation battle.

The Popular Resistance Councils in the districts of Al-Qahirah, Al-Ta'iziyah, and Sharab Al-Salam in Taiz Governorate announced on Monday their full readiness to participate actively in the battle to liberate the governorate and Yemen, and to reclaim the state from the grip of the terrorist Houthi militia.

This came during a massive public event and a group iftar in Freedom Square, organized by the resistance councils in the three directorates, under the auspices of the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance.

Thousands of resistance leaders, men, and heroes, as well as popular supporters, participated, reaffirming the need to resume the liberation battle and emphasizing their unwavering support for the legitimate government and the national army until the Houthi coup is ended and the state is restored.

The speech of the organizing directorates, delivered by Sheikh Sadiq Muidh, emphasized the readiness of the popular resistance and the national army to continue the liberation battle and restore the state, emphasizing the importance of adhering to the republican identity and confronting the Houthi coup.

Mu'aidh sent several messages, including "support for the Yemeni people's steadfastness in the face of the Houthi coup despite the harsh conditions, a message of solidarity with citizens in areas controlled by the Houthi militia, and a call for those who have been deceived and who have joined the Houthi ranks to return to the national fold."

He also stressed that Yemen accommodates everyone under a just state and equal citizenship, calling for unity against the militias, and urging the legitimate leadership to prepare for the liberation battle.

In his speech, the First Deputy Governor of Taiz, Dr. Abdulqawi Al-Mikhlafi, praised the role of the resistance in supporting legitimacy and the national army against the Houthi militias. He emphasized the need to stand behind the political leadership and work together to end the Houthi coup and restore the state.

Al-Mikhlafi commended the efforts of the popular resistance in enhancing combat readiness, noting that Taiz has been and will remain a symbol of national struggle and steadfastness. He also pointed to these Ramadan activities, which reflect the continued spirit of struggle and national solidarity.

For his part, Brigadier General Abdullah Abdo Hamoud, Commander of the 170th Brigade, speaking on behalf of the National Army, praised the efforts of the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance and the popular resistance in general in supporting the army in restoring the state and its institutions and ending the Houthi coup.

He stressed the need to unify efforts and close ranks to achieve victory, emphasizing that the army will remain steadfast in performing its duty across a 317-kilometer stretch of Taiz, and affirming that protecting the homeland is an unwavering duty.

For his part, Taiz Axis spokesman Colonel Abdul Basit Al-Bahr affirmed that popular resistance represents the primary starting point for restoring the state, emphasizing the importance of popular support in supporting the national battle, noting that the world is now beginning to realize the danger posed by the Houthi militia.

Colonel Al-Bahr praised the great efforts made by the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance, led by Sheikh Hamoud Saeed Al-Mikhlafi, to support the national army and the national battle.

Meanwhile, a speech delivered by the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance, delivered by Colonel Saeed Sultan, a member of the Resistance Council in Taiz, affirmed support for the national army and its backing in the battle to restore the Yemeni state, emphasizing the need to unify efforts and close ranks to end the Houthi coup.

He praised the growing popular mobilization, which reflects the will and aspirations of the Yemeni people to complete the liberation of Yemen. He thanked the local authorities, the national army, and the security services for their full support of the popular resistance, commending Taiz's historic steadfastness and its role in the national struggle.

At the conclusion of the mass event, thousands of resistance heroes and popular supporters reiterated their pledge to continue the national battle and pursue the struggle of popular resistance until the liberation of Yemen is completed, the state is restored, and the Houthi coup is ended.
