The International Federation of Yemeni Migrants is making preparations to announce its launch in The Hague, Netherlands, next January, in the presence of senior Yemeni leaders and representatives of a number of international and Arab organizations.
The Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Dr. Ali Al-Subahi, said that the International Federation of Yemeni Migrants is a global non-profit organization that aims to unite Yemeni migrants under its umbrella in various parts of the world to obtain their rights, defend them, and provide them with support in various fields.
He explained that the union seeks to improve the conditions of migrants through cooperation with international and local organizations, organizing events that preserve the Yemeni cultural identity, and providing legal, social and humanitarian support.
He stressed that the Union works to provide distinguished services to its members, whether by defending their human and legal rights or by enhancing communication between them and providing training and awareness programmes.
According to Dr. Al-Subahi, the Union is interested in supporting development projects that serve Yemeni immigrants around the world and seeks to open branches in many countries where Yemeni immigrants are present.
