Real Madrid beat Sevilla 4-0 and Valencia continues to lose points

Real Madrid achieved an important victory over its guest, Sevilla, with four goals to two, on Sunday, in the eighteenth round of the Spanish Football League.
French star Kylian Mbappe opened the scoring in the 10th minute with a powerful shot from outside the penalty area that goalkeeper Alvaro Fernandez was completely unable to stop, before Uruguayan Federico Valverde added the second goal in the 20th minute with a rocket shot also from outside the area.
Brazilian Rodrigo added the third goal for the royal team in the 34th minute, before Isaac Romero reduced the score for the guests one minute later.
Moroccan Brahim Diaz strengthened Real Madrid's lead in the 53rd minute after a joint play with Mbappe, before Sevilla reduced the score in the 86th minute through Belgian Dodi Lukebakio.

Real Madrid, who have a postponed match against Valencia, raised their score to 41 points in second place, two points ahead of their rival Barcelona in third place, and are now one point behind leaders Atletico Madrid.
The match witnessed the 39-year-old midfielder Jesus Navas, who entered the field in the 65th minute, playing his last match in his career, which included playing 883 matches, 705 of which were with the Andalusian club, a record number.
Valencia continues to lose points
Valencia continued to lose points and fell into a draw at home against its guest, Deportivo Alaves, with two goals each.
