The Transitional Council is not far from this. It cannot present a future project from which to derive its legitimacy, but it is searching in the social and political formulas of the past for some form of legitimacy.

We do not tolerate rashness or impulsiveness. When we criticize or criticize any sister country for its policies toward our country, we are aware of the sensitivity to criticism in our region, no matter how objective and justified. We are aware of its consequences and the price that may result from it.
