25 people were killed and injured in separate criminal incidents in Ibb Governorate (central Yemen) during last February, amid the massive security chaos witnessed by the governorate, which is under the control of the terrorist Houthi militia.

The American Center for Justice (ACJ) called on Tuesday on the United Nations and the international community to take effective measures to protect civilians in areas controlled by the Houthi militia from the violations and crimes committed by the militia, which have increased recently, stressing the need to hold those responsible accountable and bring them to justice.
