The United Nations Mission to Monitor the Hodeidah Agreement (UNMHA) said on Saturday that it had recorded the killing and wounding of 13 people, including children, due to the explosion of mines and war remnants during the month of December in the Hodeidah Governorate in western Yemen.

The First Brigade of Zaraniq, affiliated with the Joint Forces, denied that one of its soldiers stormed a citizen's house in the city of Al-Khokha, south of Al-Hodeidah Governorate, western Yemen.

A recent study issued by the Mokha Center for Studies confirmed the importance of liberating Al Hudaydah Governorate, stressing the need to adopt a new American strategy to confront the increasing threats of the Houthi group.

The Houthi militia demanded that the UN mission in Hodeidah rehabilitate the port of Hodeidah, which was subjected to Israeli occupation raids that inflicted heavy losses on it and put the Hodeidah oil port and Ras Issa port out of service.

An American website revealed a secret system used by Israel in its raids targeting the city of Hodeidah in western Yemen. It said that these strikes "aimed to weaken the capabilities of the Houthis and send a clear warning to Iran."

Western newspapers reported that the scope of the attack on Iran's agents has expanded with the attacks launched by Israel on Sunday on fuel facilities and power stations in Hodeidah and Ras Issa in western Yemen.
