A prominent Houthi militia leader, impersonating the governor of Hodeidah, issued a decree canceling all real estate purchase and sale contracts in the governorate retroactively to 2016, stipulating that any sale or purchase deal must be approved by his direct signature.

Four civilians, including a child, were killed on Wednesday when a landmine left behind by the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorist militia exploded in an area south of Al Hudaydah Governorate, western Yemen.
