3 Palestinians martyred
In the same context, government and local media reported on Wednesday evening that the Israeli army killed 3 Palestinians after besieging them in a house in the Far'a refugee camp in the northern occupied West Bank.
The official Palestinian news agency announced that "three citizens, whose identities have not yet been determined, were martyred on Wednesday evening, after the Israeli occupation army surrounded a house in the Far'a camp, south of Tubas."
Palestinian security sources were quoted as saying that "three citizens were martyred after the occupation army targeted the besieged house with bullets and shells, and kidnapped their bodies." Medical sources reported that "ambulance crews entered the house after the occupation forces withdrew from it, and found body parts and traces of blood inside."
For its part, the local radio station "Sawt Al-Aqsa" published on its Telegram channel the names and photos of the three martyrs, and said that they are "the martyred fighter Muhammad Khalil Bariya, the martyred fighter Youssef Al-Asmar, and the martyred fighter Youssef Al-Taieh."

According to the Palestinian agency, "Israeli special forces infiltrated the camp and surrounded a house, and the sounds of explosions and gunfire were heard from the direction of the surrounded house."
While eyewitnesses said that "sounds of gunfire were heard in the vicinity of the besieged house, believed to be the result of armed clashes between the occupation army and Palestinians besieged in the house."
In turn, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades said on its Telegram channel earlier on Wednesday that it had clashed with the Israeli army to lift the siege on the besieged house.
She added: “In defense of Palestine, its land, its people and its holy sites, our fighters in the Far’a camp continue to confront the Zionist enemy forces’ storming of the camp to lift the siege on the besieged house, targeting them with a heavy barrage of bullets and explosive devices and engaging in violent clashes with them.”
For its part, the Israeli army acknowledged, in a statement published on its account on the X platform, the killing of 3 Palestinians in the town of Al-Far’a, claiming that they were “involved in arms trafficking for terrorist purposes,” according to its claim.
The statement said: “In the last few hours, during the operation to thwart terrorism in the northern West Bank, the undercover forces of the Border Guard and the Israeli army, with intelligence guidance from the Shin Bet (General Security Service), were able to eliminate 3 wanted persons in the town of Al-Far’a.”
This brings the number of Palestinian deaths to 59 since the Israeli army expanded its aggression in the camps in the northern West Bank on January 21, and to 920 martyrs since the beginning of the genocide in Gaza.
Coinciding with the start of the war of extermination, the Israeli army and settlers expanded their attacks in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, which resulted in, in addition to the martyrs, the injury of about 7,000 people, and the arrest of 14,500 others, according to official Palestinian data.
Between October 7, 2023 and January 19, 2025, Israel, with American support, committed genocide in Gaza, leaving more than 160,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 14,000 missing, amid massive destruction.
