He continued, saying: "The Israeli occupation continues its plan of killing, genocide, comprehensive destruction and forced displacement with American cover and British, German and French participation," noting that the Israeli army "prevented the arrival of more than 8,000 trucks of aid and goods from entering the northern Gaza Strip governorate."

He called on "all countries of the world to condemn these horrific massacres against residential neighborhoods, hospitals, medical staff, mosques, and various civil institutions," calling on the international community and UN organizations to commit to their "assigned role and provide humanitarian, health, and relief services to the sector."

The government office held "Israel, the US administration, the United Kingdom, Germany, France and the countries participating in the genocide, fully responsible for the continuation of the war of ethnic cleansing and the crime of genocide against our Palestinian people, and against the northern Gaza Strip governorate in particular."

On October 5, the Israeli army invaded the northern Gaza Strip again, under the pretext of "preventing Hamas from regaining its strength in the area."

While the Palestinians say that Israel wants to occupy the northern Gaza Strip and turn it into a buffer zone after displacing them, under the pressure of continuous bloody bombing and a tight siege that prevents the entry of food, water and medicine.

With American support, Israel has been committing genocide in Gaza since October 7, 2023, leaving more than 149,000 Palestinians dead and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 11,000 missing, amid massive destruction and famine that killed dozens of children and elderly people.
