The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia welcomed, on Wednesday, the announcement of a ceasefire agreement in Gaza, after a year and a half of Israeli aggression on the Strip.
The Saudi Foreign Ministry said in a statement, "The Kingdom welcomes the ceasefire agreement in Gaza and stresses the need to adhere to the agreement and stop the Israeli 'aggression' on the Strip."
The Qatari Foreign Minister announced the success of the mediation led by Qatar, Egypt and the United States between Hamas and the Israeli occupation, which will come into effect next Sunday.
The Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip left more than one hundred thousand martyrs and wounded.
