Angry protests in Mukalla
Angry protesters closed streets and set tires on fire in the city of Mukalla in Hadhramaut Governorate on Wednesday evening, denouncing the deterioration of electricity services.
Local sources told "Yemeni Youth Net" that angry citizens closed the road under the Chinese Bridge in the Al-Ghar Al-Ahmar area on Wednesday evening, and blocked roads in Al-Salam neighborhood in the city of Mukalla.
The sources added that the protesters set tires on fire in the streets, which caused traffic obstruction, in protest against the long hours of power outages in the city.
Sources indicated that the power outage in Mukalla lasted for 10 continuous hours.
