Hodeidah.. Joint Forces soldiers storm a citizen's house and assault him in Al-Khokha city

Soldiers from the joint forces led by Presidential Leadership Council member Tariq Saleh stormed a citizen's house by force in a town in Al Hudaydah Governorate, western Yemen.

A local source told "Yemeni Youth Net" that soldiers from the First Brigade of Zaraniq, affiliated with the joint forces, stormed the house of the citizen "Yassin Hassan", in the village of Al-Qataba in the Al-Khokha district, south of Hodeidah, and assaulted him and his family members.

The source added that the soldiers fired randomly at the house and assaulted the owner of the house and his family members, confirming that an elderly woman was injured after being beaten with the butt of a gun by one of the soldiers.

Regarding the motives behind the incident, the source indicated that the child of one of the Zaraniq soldiers got into a fight with the child's son, "Yassin Hassan", while they were playing, so he informed his father, who went to the citizen's house with a number of soldiers and stormed it and assaulted its residents.

The residents called on the commander of the First Brigade, Zaraniq, Suleiman Mansour, and the Qataba Police Station to take action and arrest the attacking soldiers and stop these farces, they said.
