The Meteorology and Early Warning Center at the General Authority of Civil Aviation and Meteorology expected, today, Friday, that the weather in the mountainous highlands will continue to be dry and cold to very cold, especially at night and early morning.
The center warned citizens in high mountainous areas of low temperatures, urging them to take the necessary precautions, especially children and the elderly.
He also expected the weather in the coastal areas to remain generally moderate in temperature, clear to partly cloudy with the possibility of scattered rain on the Socotra Archipelago and the southern coasts.
He expected the sea condition to be light waves on the coasts of Mahra and Hadhramaut, light to moderate waves on the coasts of Shabwa, Abyan, Aden and the western coasts, and moderate waves on the coasts of Bab al-Mandab and the Socotra Archipelago.
