With the participation of 700 male and female doctors.. The launch of the third scientific meeting on heart diseases in Hadhramaut

On Tuesday, the activities of the third scientific meeting on heart diseases, organized by the Charitable Heart Disease Foundation, were launched at the Nabd Al Hayat Center for Heart Diseases and Surgery in the city of Mukalla, Hadhramaut Governorate.

The meeting will continue from February 4 to 6, 2025, with the participation of more than 700 male and female doctors, in addition to an elite group of specialists, consultants and surgeons in heart diseases at the national and regional levels, in addition to distinguished professors from Arab and international universities.

The meeting includes 30 scientific lectures and 4 specialized workshops aimed at training local medical personnel, in addition to discussing a group of medical researches that will be presented by local doctors, under the supervision of an academic committee that includes professors from prestigious universities.

The Secretary-General of the Local Council of Hadhramaut Governorate, Saleh Al-Omqi, praised the efforts made by the Charitable Heart Disease Foundation, noting that the meeting will contribute to improving medical care services for heart patients by discussing the latest developments in the medical field, and exchanging experiences between consultants and specialists.

He also stressed the local authority's support for such scientific events, given their positive impact on developing the health sector, especially in the field of heart diseases and surgery.

For his part, the General Supervisor of the Nabd Al Hayat Center and the Head of the Charitable Heart Disease Foundation, Muhammad Bashaib, explained that the scientific meeting represents a window of hope that contributes to improving the quality of medical care for heart patients in Yemen, through scientific research and workshops that will be implemented during the meeting days.

At the end of the meeting, the local authority and supporting bodies were honored in appreciation of their efforts in facilitating and making this important scientific event a success.
