The General Authority of Land and Sea Ports in Syria took over all crossings in the northern countryside of Aleppo, northern Syria, after a meeting with entities affiliated with the Turkish government.

The Syrian caretaker Foreign Minister Asaad al-Sheibani revealed that the meeting held by the Syrian delegation in Qatar today, Sunday, was “deep and extensive,” and that it included strategic agreements that would bring about a rapid recovery in Syria, especially at the level of providing basic services.

Qatar Airways announced on Thursday that it will resume flights to Syria starting next Tuesday, January 7.
