The secret is in leadership

The Syrians were not more numerous or more equipped than their Yemeni brothers, and their differences and internal conflicts were not less than those of the Yemenis, and Iran’s militias in Syria were not less capable than its militias in Yemen.

However, the Syrians won, and the Yemenis are still talking a lot and doing little.

The Syrians won because they wanted to liberate their country from Tehran's militias, the criminal regime and Captagon.

With the will, they united their efforts, and with the unification of efforts, they had one leadership, and with one leadership, they fought the battle from within their homeland and were victorious.

The Yemeni can achieve a miracle, and the Houthis are weaker than Bashar's regime, which has the strength of Hezbollah, many Iraqi, Afghan and Pakistani militias, Iranian experts and a large regular army.

We will win, but we need leadership.

They offered the Ethiopian Prime Minister to negotiate with the Tigrayan rebels who marched on the capital, Addis Ababa, in 2021, but he refused. They threatened to withdraw the Nobel Peace Prize he had previously been awarded for turning the page on the war with Eritrea, but he did not give in. The Americans threatened him with sanctions, but he put on his military uniform, in a symbolic act, and went out to lead his forces, leaving the capital in the hands of his deputy.

Soon the rebels were demanding negotiations to disarm them, and begging for water and food.

In 2022, the Russian-Ukrainian war broke out. Russian forces were advancing towards Kiev, and had entered its first suburbs. The world thought that the matter was over, and the Ukrainian president was asked to leave the capital, provided that a safe exit would be provided for him and his family, and that he would be granted political asylum.

But he - originally a TV drama actor - rejected the offer, held out, and had Western leaders flock to his country's capital to meet him.

In 2023, the Rapid Support Forces rebelled against the Sudanese army and state. President Abdel Fattah al-Burhan was besieged in the army headquarters in Khartoum, most of which was controlled by the rebels.

Al-Burhan held out until he was taken out to lead the battle from Port Sudan (the temporary capital), at which time his forces in Khartoum were besieged, and were only supplied by plane.

What happened? A few days ago, the army lifted the siege on the leadership in Khartoum, and today this army is pursuing the rebels in every city.

Now, no matter who you are with: with Abiy Ahmed or with Tigray, with Zelensky or Putin, with Burhan or Hemedti, whatever the position, the eternal truth does not change: leadership makes a difference.

There is no victory without a strong leadership that fights its battles - all its battles - from within the homeland. There is no state without a leadership that exercises its authority on its national soil.

No leadership can provide victory and lead the country unless this leadership sees that power is a responsibility, not a position and privileges.

The situation can no longer tolerate the migration of legitimacy, it can no longer tolerate its divisions, time is passing, and if you are not in the position of Ahmed al-Sharaa, you will meet the same fate as Bashar.

Briefly, if it is not clear, I hope you will re-read the Syrian lesson specifically.
