Trying to survive the "nonsense party"

To seize a moment, an idea, a scene from this overwhelming roar, from this endless flow, and give it the consideration, contemplation, and speech it deserves, has become a difficult task.
To slow down in a world where everything in it drags you to speed up, let us embody the virtue of what Kundera mentioned in the novel Slowness: “They contemplate the windows of God, and whoever contemplates the windows of God never gets bored, but is always happy.”
It is no longer possible to set aside time, even a small one, to practice the luxury of "doing nothing", even if you are actually doing nothing, formally and mentally not present. This is the dilemma of the age that we all share: "distraction" with a thousand things, and these thousand things often lead to "meaninglessness".
I met one of them for the first time, and before the friendly meeting ended, she told me frankly: You need to see a doctor before your ADHD condition worsens.
When I remember her, I laugh at her frankness and extreme seriousness. It's okay. I laugh perhaps because I seem like all the sick people who don't admit, or feel, that they are sick. And this carelessness is likely to worry me even more!
In an advanced attempt to practice deliberation and concentration, I began to repeat internally in public and crowded places what “Dhi Rahmi” translated from Italian: “Everyone is qualified to be a poem if observed carefully enough.”
This self-education, which I undertake to myself from time to time, is supposed to include the social trinity: (people, ideas, and things). Any truth or education that has no authority over, and does not affect, this trinity together, “the orbit of civilizational reform,” is a dead truth, in the opinion of the Algerian thinker “Malek Bennabi.”
I did not take what I translated as “My Womb’s Light” literally: trying to find a poem in every person, but rather to extract value and meaning from what we experience, witness and go through.
In the movie " Words and Pictures"Which represents a struggle to prove which is more important: words or images, in their ability to express, influence and perpetuate? As much as it carries deep meanings, I did not find myself biased towards one party over the other, and I have never been preoccupied with thinking about this competition, as I acknowledge that both have an amazing ability to charm, inspire and deceive as well. And because I see that our dilemma is the multiplicity and variety of sources of flow in all its forms, and there is no room for the solution to be in reducing them, and we live in an information and communication age that is wider and deeper than an ocean, that overwhelms you without permission.!
So, perhaps winning the bet is in summoning the intelligence to excel in the priorities and arrangement of this flow (visual, audible, and written), and the intelligence to seize the important from the more important, in addition to transcending the “party of triviality,” and the patience to satisfy a specific aspect and focus on it.
What a civilizational and existential task that modern man faces!
Here his abilities are tested, and his level of intelligence is determined - which in one of its important definitions represents: "the ability to deal with new variables in life efficiently."
I should point out that the term “The Festival of Insignificance,” which I have used here, is the name of a novel by Milan Kundera, which I have not yet read despite its striking title. A popular quote from it is: “We realized long ago that this world could no longer be turned upside down, changed for the better, or stopped in its miserable forward march. There was only one possible resistance: not to take it seriously.”
I have not yet reached Kundera's conviction, and this is what drives me to try to escape the "party of insignificance."
