The Watan Development Foundation launched a project to distribute cash assistance to the families of martyrs and amputees from the National Army in Ma'rib Governorate (eastern Yemen), targeting 500 families.
The Foundation's Projects Director, Mohammed Al-Nahmi, said the project falls within the Foundation's efforts to provide support and assistance to people with disabilities and families of martyrs in the community, helping to improve their living conditions, especially in light of these difficult circumstances.
Al-Nahmi added that the project targeted 500 families of martyrs and amputees from various governorates residing in Ma'rib Governorate, with an amount of 100,000 riyals, at a total cost of 50 million riyals. He noted that the foundation seeks to achieve its goal by supporting this most important segment.
Al-Nahmi expressed his gratitude to all contributors from the community who contributed to the success of the Foundation's projects, especially during this holy month.
Since its establishment, the Watan Foundation has implemented dozens of projects supporting members of the army and popular resistance on the front lines, as well as the families of martyrs and wounded. These projects ranged from food convoys to winter clothing, Eid gifts, cash grants, and food baskets.
