Army forces repel Houthi attacks on Marib and Al Jawf fronts

The National Army forces announced that they had repelled Houthi attacks and hostile operations on the fronts of Marib and Al-Jawf (northeastern Yemen).

The armed forces website, September Net, reported on Monday that army forces repelled hostile operations on the Raghwan front, north of Marib, and similar operations on the southern fronts of the governorate.

He explained that clashes broke out between the two sides as a result, resulting in the death of a soldier and the injury of 6 others, while a number of militia members were killed and injured.

In Al-Jawf Governorate, the army media indicated that the Houthi militia continued to shell the armed forces’ positions with artillery and drones, without mentioning further details about the results of the shelling operations.

During the past days and weeks, the Houthi militia has intensified its hostile operations on various battlefronts in Marib and Al-Jawf, in a new wave of escalation that, according to observers, aims to detonate the situation militarily.
