A citizen was killed by sniper fire from the terrorist Houthi militia, north of the city of Taiz (southwest of Yemen).
The security media affiliated with the Ministry of Interior stated in a statement, quoting Taiz Police, that a civilian named (Younis Abdul Saif Al-Shamsi - 40 years old) was martyred the day before yesterday as a result of being targeted with a bullet in the left shoulder by a Houthi sniper.
He pointed out that the Houthi sniper was stationed in Al-Sabri Hill overlooking Al-Arbaeen Street, north of Taiz city.
The Houthi militias continue to carry out sniper operations targeting civilians, including children and women, in various areas of Taiz Governorate, which they have been besieging for more than 10 years, in addition to the systematic shelling targeting residential neighborhoods and villages.
