The terrorist Houthi militia launched a new campaign against street vendors and street vendors, kidnapping dozens of them in Al Hudaydah Governorate (western Yemen).
Local government media reported that the Houthi militia launched a massive campaign on Tuesday and Wednesday against street vendors and street vendors in the city of Hodeidah and other secondary cities under its control.
He added in a statement on his Facebook page that the campaign, led by a Houthi leader known as "Mohammed Al-Nuwaira," who is impersonating the governorate's traffic director, targeted the removal of kiosks, stalls, and shops.
He explained that the Houthi campaign kidnapped dozens of street vendors and shop owners after destroying their shops and kiosks.
Official media noted that the Houthi campaign excluded "the property of militia leaders and influential individuals affiliated with them."
The statement indicated that the campaign is part of a series of repressive campaigns carried out by the militia against citizens, exacerbating the living crisis in areas under its control.
