Two members of the same family were killed by tribal gunmen in a tribal conflict fueled by the Houthi militia in one of the towns of Amran Governorate, northern Yemen.

Local sources said that the citizen (Abdullah Rashid Omran Fareh) was killed alongside his cousin (Hilal Yahya Omran) in the Ajmar area, affiliated with the Houth Directorate in Amran Governorate, by gunfire from tribal gunmen from "Dhu Mut'i" on the basis of a blood feud case.

According to sources, an armed conflict erupts from time to time between the families of (Dhu Fare’) and (Dhu Mut’i’) as a result of disputes over tribal borders fueled by leaders of the terrorist Houthi militia, resulting in deaths and injuries on both sides.

The governorates under the control of the Houthi militia are witnessing a noticeable increase in murders resulting from land conflicts, in light of the involvement of Houthi leaders in these conflicts and their incitement.
