Army forces announce thwarting two Houthi militia infiltration attempts north and west of Taiz

Late yesterday evening, the National Army forces announced the thwarting of two infiltration attempts by the terrorist Houthi militia in Taiz Governorate (southwest of Yemen).

The Taiz Military Axis stated in a statement that its forces thwarted an infiltration attempt by the terrorist Houthi militia on the Al-Kadha front in the western countryside of Taiz Governorate.

In another separate statement, the Taiz Axis media explained that the army forces thwarted a similar infiltration attempt towards their positions on the Asifrah front, north of Taiz city.

The military media did not immediately indicate the results of these confrontations on the two fronts.

This comes hours after army forces foiled an infiltration attempt by Houthi elements on the Al-Ahtoub front, forcing the infiltrators to flee after killing and wounding a number of them, in addition to extinguishing sources of hostile fire on the Maqbanah front west of Taiz, which included artillery positions that the terrorist Houthi militia was using to attack army positions, according to what the Armed Forces Media Center stated.
