Today, Monday, the city of Taiz witnessed a massive public and official celebration on the occasion of the graduation of 1,500 male and female students from the families of martyrs and wounded from the “Professionalism” Institute affiliated with the Sheikh Hamoud Saeed Al-Mikhlafi Foundation, head of the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance.
In a speech he delivered during the ceremony, Sheikh Abdul Raqeeb Al-Subaihi, Vice President of the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance, announced the start of the Popular Resistance’s celebrations of the Yemeni Revolution holidays (September 26, October 14, and November 30) with distinguished and qualitative activities.
Al-Subaihi explained that these celebrations began today with honoring the families of martyrs, the wounded, and prisoners, in addition to honoring the graduates of the third batch of the “Professionalism” Institute, numbering 1,500 male and female students, and honoring the wounded who lost their limbs in the battle of honor and dignity.
He added that honoring the families of martyrs, wounded and prisoners reflects the loyalty of the popular resistance to them and embodies its interest in its strategic vision, calling for unifying the republican ranks under the banner of battle and resistance to eliminate the militias, through celebrating and honoring all those who made heroic sacrifices on the fronts, whether heroes of the national army or the popular resistance.
He stressed that the country's future and renaissance depend on preserving the gains and goals of the September 26 Revolution, and eliminating the Imamate and its remnants, which are the most prominent trends of the popular resistance. In this context, he praised the efforts of Sheikh Hamoud Al-Mikhlafi, Chairman of the Council, in honoring the families of martyrs and the wounded, and his continuous support for the "Professionalism" Institute and supporting the wounded, in addition to his great contributions to the national battle.
He also appreciated the efforts of the "Professional" Institute in educating and qualifying male and female students, and enabling them to acquire professional and vocational skills to enter the labor market and overcome the economic challenges left by the war.

For his part, the Executive Director of the Professional Institute of Abdul Majeed Agriculture explained that the celebration of the graduates, who number 1500 male and female students from the families of martyrs, wounded and prisoners, coincides with our people’s celebrations of the 62nd anniversary of the immortal September 26 Revolution, and thus our joy and happiness increase on this occasion with this celebration.
Al-Ziraei stressed that the institute worked through its educational and professional programs to transfer beneficiaries from the level of theoretical knowledge to the level of professionalism and production and to acquire real and diverse skills to be ready to face economic challenges and difficulties and achieve independence, as the number of graduates reached 3,800 male and female students through the first and second years and today we celebrate the third batch, and perhaps education is sustainable development and overcoming the damages of war and its suffering.
The graduates' speech to the wounded "Fawaz" included extending his sincere thanks to the President of the Supreme Council of Resistance, who is making great efforts and paying all attention to the families of martyrs, wounded and prisoners, and his support for the treatment of the wounded at home and abroad, and the establishment of a modern center for artificial limbs to serve the wounded, and humanitarian programs that support these sacrifices and take them by the hand to production and empowerment after everyone let them down.
I consider that the celebration coincides with the celebrations of the people of Yemen on the occasion of the revolution holidays and drawing inspiration from its lessons and goals to eliminate the Houthi Imamate and what the free revolutionaries and all the sons of the homeland have offered to defeat the Imamate and achieve victory for the republic.
