A human rights official confirmed that the terrorist Houthi militia is trying to cover up its crime of killing the child "Radad Saleh Ghaleb" under torture, by showing him as one of its recruits and granting him the rank of captain.
The director of the Human Rights Office in the capital, human rights activist Fahmi Al-Zubairi, said in a post on his Facebook page: “As usual, in an attempt to obscure and falsify the facts, the Houthi militia is exerting pressure through tribal and social figures to accept arbitration under duress, and to bury the child Radad Ghaleb, who was subjected to assault, beating and torture leading to death.”
He added that the militia is trying to cover up the fact that he refused to join their sectarian courses, by showing him as one of their fighters and giving him the rank of captain, which are practices to cover up their crimes and mislead public opinion.
Al-Zubairi pointed out that the Houthi militia is systematically committing "war crimes and crimes against humanity" against children, including murder, torture and recruitment, in flagrant violation of international laws and treaties.
Al-Zubaidi called on the international community and human rights organizations to assume responsibility for protecting children from being subjected to brutal violations in areas controlled by the Houthis.
Al-Zubaidi revealed the day before yesterday that the Houthi militia had... The child "Radad" was tortured to death, and his body was hidden for a week, because he refused to join a sectarian Houthi course in the Nehm area, east of Sana'a.
He pointed out that the militia is trying to pressure the victim's family to accept arbitration, but his family is rejecting these attempts so far, and is demanding justice.
