The terrorist Houthi militia has once again stormed the "Medex Connect" company, owned by the engineer kidnapped in the Houthi militia prisons, Adnan Al-Harazi, in the capital, Sana'a, and looted its contents, two years after it was closed, along with the Prodigy company, and hundreds of employees were laid off.

Nada Qasim, the wife of Engineer Al-Harazi, said in a post on her Facebook page on Saturday that four Houthi gunmen who identified themselves as members of the security and intelligence apparatus came to the headquarters of the “Yoroji” company, accompanied by a person named “M. K.”, and demanded to enter the company under the pretext of transporting the company’s equipment, devices, and furniture.

She added that the company's security asked them to submit official documents confirming the validity of their claims, but they did not have any official warrants to enter the company.

She pointed out that after the gunmen failed to enter the building of the "Prodigy" company, they forcibly stormed the building of the "Medics Connect" company through one of the windows and looted the company's equipment, devices and furniture.

Qasim described the incident as a "robbery operation" and illegal and Sharia-related procedures taking place while the case is still pending before the Court of Appeal.

Al-Harazi's wife considered the post an official report, calling on the official authorities in the militia authorities to take the necessary measures to hold accountable those involved in this shameful act, and the necessity of protecting property and adhering to the laws and regulations in force in our country.

On January 11, 2023, the Houthi militia stormed Prodigy and Medix Connect, confiscated the company’s servers and electronic devices, and detained a number of the company’s employees, who were later released, while continuing to detain Adnan Al-Harazi and close his two companies.

After several sessions, the Specialized Criminal Court in Sana'a issued a ruling on June 1 of last year, sentencing Al-Harazi to death as a punishment and confiscating his money and property, before his family and lawyer appealed the ruling.
