Taiz.. Army forces thwart a violent attack by Houthi militias, inflicting heavy losses in lives and equipment

The National Army forces thwarted a violent attack by the terrorist Houthi militias on the northwestern front of the city of Taiz (southwest of Yemen).

A military source told "Yemeni Youth Net" that the terrorist Houthi militias launched a violent attack last night towards the army's positions on the air defense front northwest of the city of Taiz.

He added that violent battles took place between the two sides, in which various types of weapons were used, during which the army forces were able to thwart the Houthi attack and force the militia elements to flee.

The source confirmed that the army forces inflicted losses on the militia in equipment and lives, noting that initial information indicates that 4 Houthi elements were killed and 7 others were injured and were transferred to Al-Hawban hospitals.

Yesterday, Monday, the National Army forces announced that they were engaged in confrontations with the Houthi militia on the Asifra front, north of Taiz city, coinciding with the thwarting of a Houthi infiltration attempt on the Ahtoub front - Jabal Habashi district in the western countryside of the governorate.
