The terrorist Houthi militia recorded 19 US airstrikes last night on its positions in the Saada and Amran governorates (northern Yemen). This was the eleventh night of the US campaign that began in the middle of this month.

Houthi media reported that US warplanes launched 17 raids on several locations in Saada governorate, including seven raids in Sahar district, five raids in Medina, three raids in Al Salem district in Kitaf district, and two raids east of Medina.

In Amran Governorate, the militia reported two raids in Harf Sufyan District.

As usual, the militia did not disclose the nature of the targeted sites or their results. However, informed sources confirmed that the targeted sites, particularly those in Harf Sufyan and Kitaf, contain military facilities and underground bases used by the group to conceal its advanced military capabilities and store and launch ballistic missiles and drones.

For the eleventh consecutive day, the United States continues its extensive air campaign targeting the Houthi militia and its military capabilities. The Houthi militia claims that some of these raids have resulted in the deaths and injuries of a number of civilians.

On March 15, US President Donald Trump announced that he had ordered his country's military to launch a "major offensive" against the Houthi group in Yemen, before threatening to "completely eliminate the Houthis."

On Friday, the American website Politico reported that the United States had deployed a second aircraft carrier to the Middle East, a rare move as the Trump administration intensifies its bombing campaign against Houthi fighters in Yemen.

The website also quoted defense officials as saying that US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth ordered the USS Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group, currently operating in the Red Sea, to extend its deployment for at least a month.
