Houthi militias seized a mosque in Al-Qaida city in Dhi As-Sufal district, south of Ibb governorate (central Yemen), in the third such incident since the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan.

Local sources reported that the Houthi militia seized the annexes of the Abdul Aziz bin Baz Mosque, expelled its administrators, and handed it over to its members, who are tasked with spreading the militia's sectarian ideology.

This is the third such incident the city has witnessed since the beginning of Ramadan, following the seizure and robbery of the Abdul Wahab and Hael Muqbil mosques as part of an intensive campaign targeting all mosques in the governorate.
