Three people killed and injured in a collision between two motorcycles west of Hodeidah

A young man died and two others were injured on Saturday in a horrific traffic accident between two motorcycles in the western province of Hodeidah.

Local sources said that a young man named "Ala Muhammad Ahmed Amin Al-Nour", in his twenties, died, and two others were injured as a result of a collision between two motorcycles, which occurred in the "Al-Mubarraz" area in the Jabal Ras Directorate.

According to sources, the accident occurred as a result of the excessive speed at which the two motorcyclists were driving, as they collided after meeting face to face, and were unable to avoid this horrific accident.

The sources indicated that the deceased person, "Ala Amin Al-Nour," is the son of the Sheikh of Sheikhs of Jabal Ras in Al-Hodeidah Governorate.

Traffic accidents are claiming the lives of citizens, as a result of excessive speed, the spread of potholes in the roads, the lack of road maintenance, and drivers’ failure to adhere to traffic laws.
